This week so far I have had a removal from Park Central in Birmingham city centre to Sutton Coldfield. It was a big humping job so James……and I arrived at 8 am and after a few hours lifting sofas etc from the 4th floor down to the car park below we were ready to drive to Sutton to unload the van. This was a nice day for us as we like to to kept busy. The sun was shining and the lady we were helping was very nice offering cups of tea and squash when we looked tired.

Also this week we have have had our normal bread and butter van man jobs including pick ups from Ikea, a 50 inch plasma delivery for a gentleman from Costco in Star City to Four Oaks and a few kitchen and bathroom drops for our regular business customers.

On Friday this week we have another short removal for a gentleman from Cofton Hackett near Longbridge who is moving just a few roads away from where he already lives. He was going to hire a self drive van from thrifty but when he realised the excess on van hire can be £750 he decided to call us rather than risk driving himself.

I’ll do my best to update this blog when I get interesting jobs but i’m fairly new to websites so it may take me a while to get used to it.
